The property dates back to the early 1900s and has a large terrace with a view. The terrace is bordered by a wide balustrade made of white Modica stone.

The location is ideal for reaching, within a 30 km radius, Val di Noto, Syracuse, Cavagrande and the beaches of the Syracuse coast (Fontane Bianche, Lido di Noto, Marzamemi, Vendicari, San Lorenzo)

The Casa degli Iblei has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed (sofa bed) and 2 single beds). A fifth single bed can also be added upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen, on the second floor, overlooks the terrace, a large outdoor space, equipped with a large umbrella, deckchairs, and a table with chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast and meals comfortably at home.

A functional gas barbecue can be installed on the terrace upon request, where you can host delicious barbecues with friends. Sicily's mild temperatures allow you to enjoy this outdoor space throughout most of the year.

In the hot summers, “Janiattini” almost always enjoys a cooler climate, especially in the evenings, given its location on the hill.
